I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were not only unclean but had a terrible odor that made it unbearable. The somewhat forceful payment policy upon arrival and the rude attitude of the manager were also frustrating. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area, which felt safe during late-night walks. While I found the location convenient for exploring, the accommodations were lacking in cleanliness and comfort. The rooms were dated and poorly maintained, with a very limited breakfast experience. For a budget stay, it might work, but I wouldn't recommend it without reservations.

My experience at the hotel was mixed. While I appreciated the competitive pricing and off-street parking, I found the cleanliness to be severely lacking, with dusty areas and dirty bedding. The location was decent, but I believe there are better options nearby for the same price. Overall, it's a budget choice, but not ideal if you're looking for comfort and cleanliness.

The room was basic, but I found it quite dusty and the bedding had stains. There was a strong odor coming from the linens, which was off-putting.

The only facility I really noted was the off-street parking, which was a positive aspect given the area.

Our stay at the hotel was frustrating and disappointing. We arrived hoping for a comfortable twin room but ended up in separate small rooms that were not cleaned properly. The breakfast was quite lackluster, and there was an unfortunate incident with the management regarding room availability. Overall, while it's located in the suburbs with some price advantages, the sheer number of issues left us feeling unsatisfied.

We booked a twin room but were given separate small rooms. The cleanliness was lacking, with only the sheets changed and a very dirty towel provided, which left a negative impression.

The service was poor; the duty manager was not truthful regarding the room situation and was quite rude when we raised our concerns.

The hotel is situated in the suburbs, which could be seen as a pro for budget travelers, but it's not particularly close to major attractions.
Dining

Breakfast was very basic, with just a limited choice of cereals and a few cooked options, which did not meet expectations.

I chose this hotel for its location and price, but I found it lacking in several areas. The room was quite tired and in need of an update, which was disappointing for the price. The service was adequate, and I did have a decent sleep, but I expected more from my stay. Overall, it feels like a budget option with a higher price tag, but the breakfast was just satisfactory.
Rooms
5.0
The room had a double bed with an ensuite shower room, but it was very outdated and needed some attention. While it was clean enough, it felt tired and creaky.
Service

The check-in staff was professional and polite, explaining breakfast times well. However, I felt that overall service could be improved.
Location
